About us

The company behind BüyükNet

BüyükNet is a brand of Netlojik Bilgi Teknolojileri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi. We provide internet infrastructure services such as servers, domain names, SSL certificates and software licences to individuals and businesses in Türkiye.

All of our services are digital. You manage your orders, invoices and support requests in the BüyükNet client panel. This site is used only to collect the payments for these services securely.

Secure payment

Your card details never reach us

Payments are processed by PayTR, a licensed payment and electronic money institution. The card form opens on PayTR's secure page.

  • 3-D Secure

    Your payment is confirmed through the 3-D Secure verification of the bank that issued your card.

  • SSL/TLS encryption

    This site and the payment form work over encrypted (HTTPS) connections only.

  • No card details stored

    We never see or store your card number, expiry date or security code.

  • Instalment options

    The instalment options for your card, and any instalment charge, are shown by PayTR during payment.

How payment links work

  1. Start in the client panel

    Sign in to your BüyükNet client panel and click "Pay" on the invoice you want to pay.

  2. A link just for you

    You are sent to this site with a time-limited payment link that belongs to that invoice only.

  3. Information and consent

    You read and accept the pre-information form and the distance sales agreement.

  4. Secure payment

    You enter your card details in the PayTR form and complete your bank's verification. An approved payment is applied to your invoice automatically.

There is no product list or order form on this site; payments start only from invoices in the BüyükNet client panel.

Delivery and returns

Digital services, delivered electronically

Below is a short summary. The binding terms are on the legal pages.

  • No physical shipping

    All services are digital; nothing is shipped.

  • Electronic delivery

    A service is set up electronically once the payment is approved; access details are sent to your client panel and e-mail address.

  • Cancellation

    You can cancel a service from your BüyükNet client panel.

  • Refunds

    Card payments are refunded through PayTR to the card that was used; how soon it shows on your statement depends on your bank.

For electronic services performed instantly, the exceptions to the right of withdrawal in the Distance Contracts Regulation may apply.
