Privacy and KVKK Notice

This is the information notice on the personal data processed on this site, under art. 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 ("KVKK").

Personal data we process

• Identity: first and last name.
• Contact: e-mail address, phone number, address.
• Transaction: payment amount, payment description, payment and transaction numbers, payment result, refund records, IP address, and acceptance records for the agreement and the pre-information form (version and time).

Card number, expiry date and security code are not collected, processed or stored on this site; they are entered only on the secure page of the payment institution.

Purposes

• collecting payments and making refunds,
• preventing fraud and abuse,
• meeting legal obligations,
• resolving disputes and managing legal claims.

Legal bases

KVKK art. 5/2-c (conclusion or performance of a contract), art. 5/2-ç (legal obligation) and art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest).

Recipients

Personal data may be shared, limited to the purposes above, with the payment institution PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş., with banks, and on request with competent public authorities. Hosting is in Türkiye. A content delivery and security service (Cloudflare) is used to serve the site securely and quickly; connection data may pass through systems abroad under this service.

Retention

• Name, e-mail, phone and address of unpaid sessions are anonymised 30 days after the session expires or is cancelled.
• Name, e-mail, phone, address and IP address of paid transactions are anonymised 2 years after the payment date.
• The content of payment notification records is deleted after 180 days, and technical request logs after 90 days.
• Financial records (amounts and references) are kept for 10 years under the Turkish Commercial Code; audit records are kept for 5 years.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn whether it is used for its purpose, know the third parties it is shared with, ask for correction of incomplete or wrong data, ask for deletion or destruction, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

How to apply

Send your request, with details that verify your identity, in writing to the address above, by e-mail, or to our KEP address. We conclude your request within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature.
