Delivery and Returns

This page explains the delivery, cancellation and refund terms of the services offered by Netlojik Bilgi Teknolojileri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("SELLER") under the BüyükNet brand.

Delivery

All services are digital; no physical product is shipped. A service is set up electronically after the payment is approved, and the access details are sent to your BüyükNet customer account and to the e-mail address on your account.

Typical set-up times:

• Web hosting and VPS: within minutes after the payment is approved.
• Domain registration: depends on the processing time of the domain registry.
• Services that need manual set-up: within 1 business day.

Shipping: nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping costs and no tracking.

Cancellation

You can cancel a service in your BüyükNet customer account. Unused prepaid periods are handled according to the terms of the service concerned.

Refunds

• Credit/debit card: the refund goes back to the card used for the payment, in full or in part, through the payment institution PayTR. Your bank may need 2 to 10 business days to show it on your statement.
• Bank transfer (havale/EFT): the refund is paid to the IBAN of the account that sent the money.
• A refund can never exceed the amount paid. For payments in instalments, the instalment interest charged by the payment institution is treated by the payment institution under its own refund terms.

Right of withdrawal and its exceptions

Under the Distance Contracts Regulation, a consumer may withdraw from a contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason. The right cannot be used in these cases (Regulation art. 15/1):

• (ğ) contracts for services performed instantly in electronic form, or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer;
• (h) contracts for services whose performance started, with the consumer's approval, before the withdrawal period ended.

Therefore the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been set up. Domain registrations cannot be refunded once they have been submitted to the registry.
